1999: Liberty Meadows strip collection. Brandi's in a skimpy cheer-leader outfit on the cover so you won't even have to open this issue up to enjoy it. From the start it amused me that Frank Cho gets away with a completely different art style on the woman in the strip. It's all cartoony, cartoony, cartoony, then Brandi steps into the panel, everything fully rendered. The cover on this one is a prime example.
